- Module 2, specialist behaviour supports: functional behaviour assessment frameworks, restrictive practices authorisation processes, clinical oversight procedures, consent protocols and reporting templates.
- Module 2a, implementing behaviour support plans: staff training frameworks, implementation guides, monitoring and review procedures, incident documentation and data collection tools.
- Module 3, early childhood supports: family-centred practice frameworks, developmental assessment processes, therapy planning templates, progress monitoring and transition planning.
- Module 4, specialised support coordination: coordination frameworks, multi-agency collaboration protocols, crisis management procedures, capacity building templates and reporting systems.

The full module-by-module breakdown is on the What's Included page.
Format and delivery
Every document is an editable Microsoft Word file (.docx), so you can add your business name, ABN and logo and adapt each policy to the way your organisation actually works. After you pay through our secure Stripe checkout, the package is emailed to the address you used, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. How it works explains each step from purchase to audit.
Who it's for
The package is for Australian providers preparing for NDIS registration or their next audit. See how it maps to your services:
- SIL providers
- Support coordination providers (Module 4)
- Community participation providers
- High intensity support providers (Module 1)
- Specialist behaviour support providers (Module 2)
- Providers implementing behaviour support plans (Module 2a)
- Early childhood providers (Module 3)
- SDA providers (Module 5)
What the package doesn't do
The documents are templates, not a guarantee. Registration depends on how you implement your policies, your audit and the NDIS Commission's decision, so we can't guarantee registration. The package also doesn't include documents for the SIL supplementary module. The disclaimer sets out the limits in full.
Refunds
Because the package is a digital product you can use as soon as it arrives, refunds are generally not available after purchase. We may consider a refund in rare cases, such as an accidental duplicate purchase: contact us within 7 days with your order confirmation email, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Read the full refund policy before you buy.
What else registration costs
Documentation is one part of the cost of registering. Your audit fee, insurance and worker screening are separate and vary with your registration groups and size. Our NDIS registration cost guide breaks down every line item so you can budget for the whole journey.
